At Long Story, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our skincare products. Please review the return and refund terms below.

Eligibility for returns

We accept return requests only if:

  • The wrong product has been sent to you.
  • The product arrived tampered with or with an opened seal.

Products opened or used by the customer are not eligible for return or refund. Incorrect products must be returned unopened, in their original condition, with the shrink wrap intact. If your product arrived with an opened seal, report it as part of your return request.

How to request a return

Contact support@longstoryskincare.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return is confirmed, securely package the product for return. We will schedule a return pick-up.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as the wrong item being sent.

Final sale items

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund processing

We will process your refund once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • Online payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for your purchase.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer, based on your preference.

Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days after the refund is initiated.

COD orders rejected at delivery

Where a partial payment is collected when a COD order is placed, this partial payment is not refundable if the order is rejected or not accepted at delivery.
